Send use case and dates via contact. Within 2 business days you get a slot proposal and written quote. The booking is firm after you accept and pay the 30% deposit—see terms.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance, and card payment at the studio on session day. Business clients may use 30-day terms per terms.

Until 7 days before the session, cancellation or rescheduling is free. Later rules and deposit treatment are in terms.

Travel, accommodation, hired musicians, gear rental and rush overtime are quoted separately. If scope grows during a session we agree before continuing.

You should hear from us within 2 business days after the auto-acknowledgement. Check spam, then call 03-6455-8820 or write [email protected] so we can resend.

First visit: about 15 minutes early; return visits: 5–10 minutes. We need time for setup and level checks. Late arrival does not automatically extend paid time.

Lyrics, charts, references and—for mix jobs—multitracks on USB or cloud. Vocalists: bring water. See vocal prep guide for a checklist.

One or two people in the control room is typical; ask ahead for more. Live-room headcount depends on safety and sound.

Yes if the next slot is free. Extra time is billed at the hourly rate on services.

Lidded drinks are fine in the control room. No eating in the live room or booth; please avoid strong-smelling food.

Recording and mixes ship as 24-bit WAV and related formats as needed. Master exports are explained in mastering delivery guide.

We retain data for 12 months after final delivery, then delete it. Please back up on your side promptly.

2 revision rounds are included by default. Major rearrangements or extra songs need a new quote—see mixing.

Yes—send multitracks via shared link or agreed storage before the deadline. We share file-naming rules with your quote.

Default is download or cloud handoff. SSD or courier delivery is possible if arranged in advance (media and shipping extra).

After full payment, usage rights for the commissioned work sit with you under our terms and any individual agreement.

Credit is optional. Tell us at quoting if you want a name on releases—or prefer it omitted.

We do not use your recordings to train AI models. Voice cloning or similar uses need separate written consent.

Only with your written permission before or at delivery. We do not publish client audio without approval.

Standard rates on the site include 10% consumption tax. Services shows ex-VAT and incl-VAT columns.

Voice recording is ¥8,800 incl. VAT per hour. Blocks are on the voice page.

No. Our opening hours are Monday–Friday 11:00–22:00, Saturday 10:00–20:00. Closed Sundays and public holidays. We work by appointment; check contact before you travel.
