Roles in a typical production
The show operator (client) chooses platforms and editorial lines. Hosts and guests perform. 合同会社valvularcloudco provides engineered capture, editing, and noise cleanup under podcast production workflows. Corporate ID 3743728660602 appears on contracts; 森田 健司 may be your day-to-day contact.
When scope is unclear, pause before booking studio time—re-editing after a rights surprise costs more than a pre-call.
Guest appearance releases
Confirm in writing (email is fine):
- Where the conversation may appear (full episode, clips, social, internal training)
- How names and titles are credited
- How long raw audio is stored (about 12 months at the studio)
- What happens if factual errors require a takedown or correction
Guests under 18 cannot book sessions alone; minors need guardian consent. See disclaimer for liability limits.
Music, sfx, and samples
Managed repertoire in Japan may fall under collective licences depending on your distributor—verify before broadcast. Even royalty-free beds from the studio need a saved licence PDF.
Guest-supplied music or commercial tracks are usually cleared by the client. We may defer sessions if clearance is missing. Align with Article 10 of the terms.
Sponsors and paid segments
Sponsored blocks may need on-air disclosures under Japanese advertising rules. Finalise read scripts before travel to our Shibuya basement rooms at About 8 minutes on foot from Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit) via JR, Tokyo Metro, Tokyu and Keio lines. Walk up Dogenzaka to 1-24-8 and take the elevator to basement level 1., and flag segments in editing notes so disclaimers are not cut.
Regulated topics (health, finance, gambling) often need extra legal review—budget ¥7,700 prep time via contact when scripts are sensitive.
Personal data and publication
Guest contact details and surveys are processed under our privacy policy and data processing agreement. Before clipping episodes for marketing, mask identifiable details or obtain renewed consent.
If the show website uses analytics cookies, publish cookie policy text and offer as required.

Table sessions run in the B1F studio at About 8 minutes on foot from Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit) via JR, Tokyo Metro, Tokyu and Keio lines. Walk up Dogenzaka to 1-24-8 and take the elevator to basement level 1.. Extra mics and gear questions are answered in FAQ.
Budget impact
Late clearance triggers re-edits billed at ¥33,000 or additional ¥7,700 recording. Season deals should bundle episode counts and 2 revision rounds up front.
For vocal health before long dialogue days, skim vocal preparation guide. Send season outlines through contact with sponsor and guest lists attached.
After publication
If a guest withdraws consent after release, muting or re-editing may require a new ¥33,000 pass plus platform takedown time you control. Keep raw multitracks until disputes settle; we retain them about 12 months under privacy policy.
Corporate clients paying on invoice should confirm who signs guest releases—the studio does not substitute for your HR or legal team. Registration T3743728660602 appears on qualified invoices when applicable.
When clips go viral on social platforms, verify whether your guest release covers short vertical edits; if not, schedule a quick pickup session at ¥7,700 rather than editing without permission.
Document who owns the RSS feed and analytics login; the studio does not transfer hosting accounts unless agreed in writing.
