Accessibility statement
This English text is provided for convenience. The Japanese version is legally authoritative. ウェブアクセシビリティ方針
In brief
- We prioritise semantic HTML, keyboard use and readable contrast on the site.
- We do not claim JIS X 8341 conformance; we improve continuously.
- The studio is on basement level 1 with elevator access—see about us.
- Tell us what you need via contact or 03-6455-8820.
1. Commitment
合同会社valvularcloudco runs the recording studio valvularcloudco in Tokyo. We want people with disabilities to access our information, evaluate services, and book sessions. We follow Japan’s Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities and provide reasonable accommodation where practicable.
This statement describes our efforts as of 19 October 2026. It is not a formal declaration of conformity to JIS X 8341-3 or similar standards.
2. Website measures
On valvularcloudco.digital we aim for:
- Meaningful structure: headings, landmarks, labelled forms
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
- Sufficient colour contrast; information not conveyed by colour alone
- Alternative text on informative images
- Clear links between Japanese and English
- No auto-playing audio or flashing distractions
Only consent storage tllr_consent_v1 is used—no analytics trackers (privacy policy, cookie policy).
3. Known limits
Older browsers may not render modern CSS correctly. Linked map services (OpenStreetMap) follow their own accessibility features. We rarely host video; if we add it later, we will consider captions and transcripts.
Report barriers to [email protected] with the page URL, operating system, browser, and any assistive technology. We usually reply within 2 business days and fix issues when feasible.
4. Visiting the studio
Address: 道玄坂1-24-8 valvularcloudco B1F, 渋谷区, Tokyo 150-0043, basement level 1. About 8 minutes on foot from Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit) via JR, Tokyo Metro, Tokyu and Keio lines. Walk up Dogenzaka to 1-24-8 and take the elevator to basement level 1.. Use the building elevator to B1F; staff can help with steps and gear if you contact us in advance.
Rooms include an isolation booth (~12 m²) and live room (~42 m²) with 8 headphone sets. We can lower monitor levels or add breaks for sound sensitivity. Wheelchair access into the booth may be limited; we can propose alternative mic placement after discussion.
Hours: Mon–Fri 11–22 / Sat 10–20 (Monday–Friday 11:00–22:00, Saturday 10:00–20:00. Closed Sundays and public holidays.). Long sessions such as rehearsal recording include breaks and hydration.
5. Feedback
Accessibility feedback for the website or studio: contact 森田 健司 or our studio manager via [email protected], 03-6455-8820, or the contact form. We review reasonable accommodation requests and explain outcomes by email.
