We provide the studio services listed on Services. Contractual details are in our Terms and conditions.

2. Prices (tax included)

All rates shown on this site include 10% consumption tax unless a written quote states otherwise.

Process details: Voice recording, Mixing, Mastering, Podcast production, Rehearsal recording.

3. Charges other than the service price

Beyond the studio time and engineer support quoted for your project, you may pay:

• Bank transfer fees charged by your bank
• Physical media, courier fees, or extra cloud storage you request
• Additional hours, edits, or rush delivery explicitly quoted before work starts
• Travel or parking costs on your way to the studio

Ask via Contact if anything is unclear. We confirm extra fees in writing before performing them.

4. Payment timing and methods

To confirm a booking we collect a deposit of 30% of the quoted total (tax included). The balance is due by bank transfer on the session day or before final delivery, unless Article 5 (Payment) allows invoice terms for business clients (30 days from invoice date).

We do not accept card payments at this time. The calendar slot is held after we confirm your transfer.

5. When services are provided

Studio sessions take place at 道玄坂1-24-8 valvularcloudco B1F on the date and time you booked. Offline work such as mixing, mastering, or podcast editing is delivered by the deadline stated on your quote; we aim to reply to new requests within 2 business days.

If source files are incomplete or approvals are delayed, deadlines move accordingly. Format guidance: Mastering formats and delivery.

6. Booking changes and cancellation

Contact us through the form, [email protected], or 03-6455-8820. Cancellations received at least 7 days before the session are free of charge. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit as described in Article 6.

If we must cancel for studio reasons, we offer a replacement date or refund amounts you already paid.

7. Returns and withdrawal

Recording, editing, and mixing are custom services prepared to your brief. Because deliverables are digital and work begins on your schedule, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind after work has started. This is not a distance-selling cooling-off arrangement for bespoke studio time.

If a delivered file has an obvious technical fault (silence, severe clipping, or a format that differs from what we agreed), tell us via Contact and we will attempt correction or re-delivery.

8. Hours and access

Opening hours: Monday–Friday 11:00–22:00, Saturday 10:00–20:00. Closed Sundays and public holidays.

Directions: About 8 minutes on foot from Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit) via JR, Tokyo Metro, Tokyu and Keio lines. Walk up Dogenzaka to 1-24-8 and take the elevator to basement level 1.
