Content may change without notice; what you read on 19 October 2026 may differ from a future quote.

2. Audio and visual material
Demo audio, waveform screenshots, and photos illustrate process and room character. Playback systems, streaming loudness processing, and room acoustics change what you hear. We do not warrant that listening on the site matches your final masters in every environment.
Recording, mixing, and mastering involve artistic choices. We follow agreed technical standards (noise floor, clipping, export format), but subjective taste and market reception are outside our control.
3. Equipment descriptions
We operate with 4 pairs of nearfield monitors and a console environment sized around 32 inputs, as outlined on About the studio. Maintenance, substitutions, or session-specific routing may mean the exact gear differs from a page mention. If we cannot match expected quality with a backup unit, we discuss options before continuing.
4. Third-party links
We may link to streaming platforms, map services, さくらインターネット株式会社, or other external sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review each site’s terms before you use it.
5. Client material and rights
You are responsible for clearing rights in songs, scripts, samples, and guest voices you bring in. We may refuse material with unclear ownership. See Article 10 of the Terms and Podcast rights and usage.
We are not liable for third-party claims arising from the content you supply unless we acted with wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Availability and security
The site is hosted by さくらインターネット株式会社. Maintenance, outages, or network issues can interrupt access. Contact forms route through FormSubmit in the United States; cross-border processing is described in the Privacy policy.
We do not guarantee that the site is free of malware. Use appropriate security tools on your side.
7. AI-assisted visuals and copy
As noted in the site-wide AI disclaimer in the footer, some explanatory images or helper text may be created with generative AI tools. Staging of people, gear, or on-screen UI may not depict a real session. Factual terms—prices, address, contacts, legal rules—live in the Legal notice and Terms, not in illustrative media alone.
8. Limitation of liability
Except where we act with wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are liable only for direct, ordinary damages caused by your use of this site or inability to use it. We do not cover indirect loss, lost profit, or full data recovery costs.
